INVITATION ORDERS

Every order will receive a digital proof before printing and requires a written approval before your order can be processed.

From placing your order, you can expect to receive your digital proof to be sent via email within 1-3 days (business hours). If there are any changes, a revised proof will be sent to you via email. Please do not approve until you are 110% satisfied with your digital proof.

Once final approval is given in writing, your order will be printed within 48 hours for printed only invitations, embellished invitations will take 2-5 days depending on order size and detail. Plus postage times via Express or Standard post.

Proof your invitation carefully.  As your order is only “copy and paste”, Farfalla Creations is not responsible for any incorrect spelling, dates etc if missed once approval is given. It is always good to ask someone close to proof it for you as a fresh pair of eyes that may pick up something missed. All final orders are printed from your lasted approved proof (v#), so please take the time to review carefully before giving a final approval.

Please keep in mind that colours may vary from screen to print. This is normal but also unavoidable due to the different calibrations on all computer screens, smart phones, tablets and printers settings, therefore printed colours may slightly differ.

ENVELOPES

All envelopes are lick and stick. Not self seal. Please choose carefully as exchanges are only available on un-opened packets. Additional postage costs will be charged.

 

ACRYLIC TOPPERS & TAGS

All toppers and tags are made to order and are custom made; a refund is not an option. Absolutely no cancellations once order is placed and paid for online, if you have any questions, please contact us prior to making the purchase.

FLAT RATE POSTAGE $12.50, Australia Wide

Turnaround 10-14 working days, subject change in peak seasons. Please contact hello@farfallacreations.com.au FIRST for rush orders to be processed by 7 working days are at an additional fee of $12.00 plus express post $5 charge.

All orders are packed  best or our ability. After your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and provider will be emailed to you directly. Damaged or lost in transit orders are out of our control once your parcel has been handed over to courier or post office.

Please note, toppers and tags can have minor laser burns or charring, this is unavailable within the industry of laser cutting and engraving and will not be considered a fault by Farfalla Creations.

 

MINIMUM ORDERS

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, Farfalla Creations do not refund any printed products, toppers or tags once they have approved by the buyer.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact hello@farfallacreations.com.au ASAP and most certainly prior to receiving 1st proof from me. If payment was made by Paypal, 2% fee will be charged for processing refund.
